Blog Guilt

I'm feeling guilty about not blogging often enough*, and now I'm starting to treat this blog like a friend who I haven't called in way too long.  Then I exacerbate the problem by avoiding this blog, rather than just doing a quick check-in and saying "I'm busy but I just wanted to say hi!"

So this is that.

I was watching Breakfast with the Arts the other day, and not only did it feature performances by the East Village Opera Company, but much to my delight it featured a performance and interview with Jose Feliciano.  I blogged about my love for Jose almost exactly a year ago.  I have to say I was a little underwhelmed by his actual performance on BWTA, but he still rules.

Everyone's posting their top 10 of 2005 lists.  I've seen a few good ones, and one or two that manage to highlight music I've never heard of.  I'm cooking my own up right now (probably to post on SFist) but if you've seen any other nice top 10 lists, or if you have some nominations, let me know.
               

*  Blogging in two other places definitely complicates things.
